Req bundle not showing.

My friend bought the console edition and never played Halo 5 until now, he redeemed the code because he has Fotus chillrose armor but no reqs show up for him…can he get them?

REQ packs can take a bit to load sometimes, have him play a game & see if it’s there. :]

Nah I got him to play a game and buy few packs after…he should have 14 req bundle packs waiting for him

You only get 2 packs a week up to 14. You don’t get all 14 at once.

He redeemed the code on launch, so by now he should have all 14

I had the same issue kinda, I bought the console and the statue so got 2 req pack bundles…second never unlocked for me so I moaned about it and like 6 months down the line I got all 14 given to me…shame I had already unlocked everything lol.

I’ve been on the forums for years, been hooked ever since 13-14 years old playing Halo back in the day. Look at my waypoint score lol. I collect every figure, limited edition, accessory and just about everything else.

Halo to me literally is the best gaming franchise ever and (despite being cliché) I have played lots of games.

So I have faith in 343…they answered my missing req bundle, whether through me commenting somewhere or them just getting round to it.
