I bought a REQ bundle and I haven’t received anything. I chatted with Xbox support and they told me to come to waypoint. I have a refrence number if that helps.
Hey OP, is this your first REQ bundle or did you already redeem a bundle when Halo 5 launched? You can only have one bundle active per gamer tag, 2nd ones wont give you anything. If this is your first bundle, you can try hard resetting your Xbox and see if anything shows up under unopened packs. Packs might not show until the weekly reset next Monday though
