Req Bundle issue

I got the CE version of Halo 5 that came with the Req Bundle. When the first 7 weeks of drops for that ended, I bought another bundle and entered the code (about 2-3 weeks ago), but I haven’t received any new Premium Req packs in the game since then. What’s wrong?

This is unacceptable as it does not say anywhere in Halo 5 that a second Req Bundle cannot be purchased. The system should have automatically converted my purchase to Xbox Live currency so I could use it to purchase gold packs or any other item I choose. I spoke to Microsoft support, ticket number 1319557017, and they said 343 would need to convert it for me. I bought a code for this content from GameStop. It cannot be returned as it is digital content and the code was already added to my Xbox Live account. I only want either access to what I paid for, or a refund to Live Currency so I can spend that $25 however I choose.
