After installing the Halo 5 Guardian Deluxe Edition digitally from the market place like 2 weeks before release of the game. Its been over a week since release and when I visit my OPEN PACK section the 2 packs that i’m suppose to receive on a weekly basis do not appear. I’ve contact Microsoft support they werent much of a help and said to post a new thread on here to have my case solved.
I’ve tried the following solutions none of them helped.
Deleted my game and all content with and re-installed it still nothing
Hard Resetted my console still nothing
Resetted my internet connection still nothing
Please help.
