I purchased the limited edition console. It came with the warzone pass. I have not been getting the packs from the pass. Nobody from 343 is responding to fix my issue. Xbox live support sent me here weeks ago. I just want credit for the thing I purchased and can’t use. I don’t want it fixed and I don’t want it replaced, I want a refund… Then I will never buy anything from 343 ever again.

343 please help people. This is how you lose customers. I have already contacted Phil Spencer and Bonnie Ross about how abysmal the forums are. Give people their money back or help them get the product the purchased. If this continues we as a community will report you to the BBB for unfair business practices since you will not give the full product that was purchased. Please do the right thing and help your customers.

spam or not, when we wait months for answers and threads get buried without replies, it kinda has to happen. This is what we have had to resort to to get attention, but still no help. It is either bumps or new threads. (or you know, having the issue fixed…) A sticky with all the warzone pack threads merged that is not locked would be nice too. There are hundreds of posts in at least one thread in the general Halo 5 forum. Move it here, merge the others with it and make it a stick, there you go, no more worries about bumps or new threads. 
Not trying to be rude or anything like that, we just need help and are fed up with being ignored.

Thanks for not making me have to BUMP this again. I’m just trying to get across the point that not giving me something I paid for is theft… not just considered an inconvenient thing, but an actual crime.

We would not have to bump if someone would help us. Could you please contact someone and have them actually provide support.
Still no reply to your post I see, maybe it’s time to do a charge back on the transaction and say -Yoink- 343i a their lack of support?

They for some reason keep referring everyone here when asked to get a refund. I have no idea why they are. My issue that has yet to be resolved is that I got the limited edition items for free somehow when I only bought the standard edition. Support checked to see if there were any charges and found there were none and that the items did not even show up on my account.Support said I must have someone else who set my xbox as their home xbox. This is not true since I checked and I would never game share with anyone. They asked me to do a factory reset, I said I should not have to do that to figure out how I got free content. They then said well there is nothing I can do and that I should come back on here. No one wants to take responsibility for the REQ pack issues. 343 please give people their refunds so they can use the money on content that they know they will actually get. At this point by not giving the product that people payed for that is considered theft, I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau on this issue and they agree with me that customers are being ripped off and that this is unfair business practices.If this continues you can expect some lawsuits from customers in the future.
