What does every body think about the availability of reqs from common-legendary? Is the amount of common to high and legendary to low?
It makes sense for Common REQs to be a lot and Legendary REQs to be very few in quantity due to the value of the item. To me I think it’s fine but those items can be effective if the user knows how to use them.

Well, isn’t that exactly the point of a legendary req - to be really extremely ultra rare?

Yes that’s point of a Legendary REQ. If it was not extremely rare, the value of legendary REQs will significantly drop.
