I completed the Smash Commendation, but I did not receive the Triad Emblem. What’s the issue?
Also, I have killed the Warden many times, but am not receiving credit for Warden kills. I realize when a player is participating in the death of the Warden, the player receives a Legendary Boss Takedown medal. However, I’m going on 10x killing the Warden without receiving credit for Warden kills, this is more than simple participation. My level of frustration is really starting to rise. I’m requesting help from 343.
The triad emblem is glitched. No word on a fix. You will not get the Warden kill medal unless you actually kill the warden.
I just received my SMASH pack with the TRIAD emblem inside. However, my son (ninja fartdust) just finished SMASH and has not received the SMASH pack yet.

However, in the past 3 months I have not gotten one Warden kill. Define “kill” the Warden. How many people get credit for “actually” killing him? The fix rolled out yesterday, as you have noticed. For your son, try a hard reset on your xbox, or wait 24 hours. It shouldn’t take that long, but it’s all I can think of.
The warden is difficult, and was the last enemy commendation I completed. There are a lot more in WZF, so you may have better luck getting the kill medal there. Be alive and doing heavy damage when he expires.

For the Warden: if you see a red “X”, then you got it. If you don’t, then you didn’t.
