I bought Halo the master chief collection on 11/7/14 on my xbox but I have now since moved to pc. My friends told me that i just to be able to play the MCC when it came out today but I was not able to download it says I own it though but I cant download it I thought I wouldn’t have to pay again since i already bought it on xbox way back when?
Sorry OP but your friends were mistaken. MCC is not a play anywhere title so if you want to play on PC you would need to purchase again. The exception is Game Pass Ultimate, where content is available across both platforms.
