I purchased the Area Req pack under my Xbox profile for my son. But he was not able to access it under his profile. Microsoft reversed the charges for us and advised us to re-purchase it under the profile which would be using it. But now when my son logs in and tries to purchase it, Xbox thinks he’s already got the bundle but it’s not true because he cannot open it in the Halo Store.
We attempted re-purchasing it under his gamertag (Dragon22Fire of which I am the parent account) after I gave him full purchasing privileges. We tried in the Halo Store, Xbox Store and online at Xbox.com with no success. Microsoft Chat support’s last suggestion was to post to the Forums so that perhaps we could get the Arena Req Pack bundle license removed from our Xbox system and then be able to re-purchase.
Your help to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
