I just got done talking to the xbox live support chat, and they linked me to this mainpage for my problem. They assured me you guys will take care of my problem so here it is:
-I preordered halo 4 (never got my preorder codes either…although thats gamestop not you)
-Started playing since launch
-I’ve met all the prerequisites for receiving my specialization codes, but still have never recieved one. You can check (and even if one was sent to me and accidently deleted for some reason, it was still never activated) and you will see that I’ve never activated any codes or received any codes (at least as far a I believe. It is possible that spam or a less-than-vigilant eye on XBL messages, deleted a code if one was sent).
I’d really appreciate it, if you guys don’t give me the runaround and just resend me my code. YOU CAN EVEN RESEND THE EXACT SAME ONE, I havent used it or given it away or anything, Ive never even received it and this whole situation is getting frustrated. I’ve spent money on the game, money on Xbox live, and money to the pepsi/frito lay halo 4 marketing campaign for double XP (which is waiting in limbo along with my LV50 matchmaking career). Any help you can provide is appreciated, because this is just lame all ways around.
