I purchased a warzone req bundle in December and havent gotten all of my req packs in the bundle (Only 4 packs), I’ve contacted Xbox support twice about this.
EDIT: 3 times now
It’s been 3 days and nothing happened to my other post, I’m very disappointed that 343 doesn’t have a simple chat support or support number.
Sorry about your issue Viper I totally feel your pain this issue affected a lot of people I did eventually get the issue worked out through Xbox support I got so fed up with the issue not being handled properly so I threatened to give PlayStation a try which I would have hated doing. But you have to do what ever you need to to not get ripped off by company’s that you support hope you get it worked out
