It’s not been several days with no real response, purchased several req packs that are reflected in my account purchases as well as my bank account ! I’ve received none of my recently purchased packs… I was given an error message and charged anyways for the packs. I paid and have received no content. This is unacceptable and I just want what I’ve paid for, please help me 343!
Have you tried hard resetting your console OP? That generally works for most players. It’s also possible that you have already received the items and you just didn’t notice. Even if it gives you an error, the REQ items should be automatically added into your REQ list

Call the official Xbox support hotline and explain the situation. The same thing happened to me and they reversed the transaction without any argument. Their number is 1-800-4my-xbox
