All that needs to be said:
Sleight of Hand - Dexterity
Hardline - Ordnance Priority
Scavenger - Resupply
Marathon - Mobility
Blast Shield - Explosives
Overkill - Firepower
Marksman/Ninja - Sensor (not quite the same, but the same effect, right?)
The other perks are either Halo specific such as Shielding or completely useless.
Killcams, less health, sprint permanent, and loadouts.
If you don’t like it then take it to Gamestop and get your $25 for the trade in and be done with it. Either get used to it or get rid of it. It’s really that simple.
I’m not saying it’s a total rip off. It’s just frustrating how they decided to add a lot of elements of COD into Halo 4. Things that have never been and should never be in a Halo game. I’m fine with people taking traits from other games, but -Yoink- man, this is Halo. All the 15 year old COD kids can go whine somewhere else.

wrong sir, if he goes today he can get an extra 30% trade credit and if hes a powerup member he gets an additional 10%
so. $25x0.40=10
$25+$10=$35
you could get just over half of your money back.
Mate you had the wrong idea posting to these forums, they’re full of fanboys that worship Halo and will argue against anything bad about the game. They can;t accept that no game is perfect and Halo 4 has some issues, like every game! I kinda stopped using these forums now they won’t agree with anything bad about the game.
I see your point though, thy are effectively perks from CoD but this is how Halo is “evolving” sooo… If I were you just play Slayer Pro and SWAT, that’s what’s keeping me going until the CSR update.

Okay yes we are fanboys but we dont think the game is perfect. There are flaws but the game is really good so if your just going to critisize the Waypoint Community dont post it.
yeah fishsticks is cod default layout, but anyone thats good in cod plays with tactical so its not exactly the same
they should modify bumper jumper, id actually switch to it if the reload/action buttons weren’t retartedly switched and if sprint was switched with crouch on L3
> It feels like 343 is trying to mainstream Halo 4 to captivate more CoD players into buying Halo for money purposes.

The main defining difference is that CoD’s Killstreaks offer “free multkills” for players. The Ordinance drops in Halo 4 only aid the player, but the user still has to do all the work. Halo will never be like Call of Duty until Halo includes Aim Down The Sights and Killstreaks. If anything, Halo and Call of Duty’s perks/suport upgrades, just made the shooters have an RPG aspect. They are not game breaking. They just give players the chance to specialize in something. Pretend you’re a fast paced kind of guy so you might like mobility/dexterity. Let’s say that you’d like to amplify your perception skills, sensor is the way to go. It’s not copying CoD. It’s following the gaming trend of the power of player customization.
