Before i begin, i just want to say that me playing solo in arena is just because most of my friends are either working or going to school during the weekdays so please spare me the- “get a team” replies. So i just completed my 10 placement matches in arena and while i do believe that i got ranked somewhat good to my performance during those games, i had about 1-2 players quit out in game for 8 of those games. I immediately reported all of them but i’m just ashamed/disappointed that, SOME not ALL, players in the community are just ruining the online experience by quitting out of games. Note that i am not complaining about why i was ranked, because as stated before i thought it was a somewhat fair rank that i was given, but it just really disappoints me that players have to go through such a bad online experience due to some losers. I understand this is something that is beyond 343’s power to fix, besides the banhammer that they’ve already implemented, but this is something that the halo community needs to stand up against and make an official “honor rule” while playing

yes it would be good. but never going to happen! 
Also i would highly doubt that with 8 different games, lagging out would be the reason why i was in so many 3v4s. It is apparent that the players on my team who left were manually quitting due to the repeating occurrence
I report quitters if its outside swat but I do try to think that maybe they did just disconnect which is a very normal thing to happen
At the end of the game I check any players (including the opposing team) who dropped out to see if they’re still online, if they are I report them for quitting early. I just wanted to add that I do this solely for ranked, I really don’t care much if people quit out of Social or Warzone.

Well when it happens 4 games in a row I don’t believe that it’s a disconnect

Same here, I only report in ranked
I don’t do it all the time, banhanner is good enough for most. But when we lose because of an afk or quitter then of course I will, hopefully they’ll get a temporary Xbl ban if they do it enough
