I give up. Whats the sweet spot in trying to upload files to you because I made a clip that is literally 2 mins long and another that’s like 20-25 seconds long just to report a player for cheating and in neither case is your reporting ticket allowing it saying that it either ‘took too long’ or ‘lost connection’ and seeing as I’ve tested my network and confirmed there are no dips in the packets being sent AND received, I have to reasonably conclude it’s your support ticket.
So, I give up and instead will ask this question instead; When are you going to make a more player-friendly report system that doesn’t require the player base to have to do the recording of the instance for you and have to access a third party web-service based ticketing infrastructure just to submit a report to you?
Like stuff regarding bugs, game design/balance, etc? Totally understandable. Lots of reportable information. But the one resource I have to try and reach out about players being a problem doesn’t even allow me to follow the step you provided for it/doesn’t function properly.
So what am I to do now at this point? Just enjoy seeing this player again in the same gamemode and hate life when he’s on the other team? Cause that’s ultimately the feeling I’m getting here.
