I have taken the steps necessary to report three separate players who on 8/4/2020 at 9:08 pm decided to make derogatory comments in chat on Halo MCC and over Xbox Live. I have the screenshots of the incident as well as them abusing code of conduct to suspend my account and taunting me afterwards. Xbox is not likely to do anything and I want them to know that abusing systems should not be an option. I’ve already went to Twitch and Xbox over it and reported them on here. Who do i need to contact to get this situation handled?

Xbox typically does take action on things such as this, especially with concrete evidence.
It does take time to look up and research though, so although I’m not sure what time zone you’re in, since it’s not even 24 hours since the occurrence I would suspect it’s still in the queue.

My only issue when i talked with the enforcement team was that they did not ask me to submit the screenshots from the game chat.

Typically the don’t even need the screenshots - they take issues like this pretty seriously. More often than not, individuals who do it to one person do it to multiple people, so there are probably a lot of reports.
