Over the past number of months I have reported multiple Spartan Companies for offensive bios but no action has been taken. Additionally, I have sent follow-up messages to several monitors about the matter but have received no reply.
Is there anyone I can contact to address this promptly and professionally?

I’ve reported a couple that I’ve seen in game with no response as well. I have a feeling that the spartan company reporting system works slightly differently than the forum reporting system since the spartan company system warns you that misusing it will result in consequences. My second theory is that if a company has less than 10 people than it likely isn’t big enough to warrant the monitor’s time. That being said those are just guesses I’d love to see what the monitors have to say about it.

I contribute to the forum positively and don’t complain frivolously, so it’s disappointing that no one will reply directly to me or respond in this thread about a serious matter.
If no one knows, please say so or, better yet, offer to assist.
