Reporting Matchmaking problems.

Greetings.
I have a problem with Halo 5, HTMCC and Halo wars 2.
Every time I try to play in any list in multiplayer the following message appears:
Game not found.
The matchmaking found problems with the network.
Retry.
I have NAT open and I have no problems in other games like Star wars battlefrond 2.

I have the same problem in Halo 5.

Xbox Live is having issues.
