Ok, I just cannot be bothered saving a clip of the game, taking a screenshot of the scoreboard and uploading them to my support ticket. I provided their gamer tag, why is that not enough? Do they (343i) not have the tools to just look up their gamer tag and see for themselves? “If you’re reporting cheating/modding/unsporting conduct, video media is required”.
