It would be nice if we had a way to report custom games. There was a certain one that was actually pretty rude. The topic probably doesnt belong on the forums either.
Report the player hosting it

Would that even do anything? The game will still be there and others will still play it.
Yeah it would be a good idea for Halo 6.

I fail to see the problem. Custom games aren’t designed to cater specifically to your likes, they’re meant to be for everyone who has their own personal taste. Mine is hide and seek, CTF, Husky Raid, and Super Fiesta Slayer.
EDIT: I assume when you ask about being able to report custom games you are referring to the game mode itself, and no you can’t. I get it though, you join a custom match where a bunch of people who are friends decide to spawn kill you and just be general jerks, I understand that, but with games like that you need to be blaming the players, not the game.

No it wouldn’t, if anything it would cripple the customs community, and furthermore the Halo community, in case you haven’t noticed Halo is about innovation and ever since Halo 4, that hasn’t exactly been good on the developer’s end, but it’s been pretty darn good on the Communites end.

If you find the content on the content browser here on waypoint you’ll see a triangle with the word ‘report’ Just make sure the report is valid and isn’t just a matter of taste. I assume you are speaking of the game type/map and it involves inappropriate material/discriminatory content or the like.

I do not fail to see the problem. Custom games are not for everyone, I agree there, but, some forgers (the minority I expect) go out of there way to create what can be interpreted as offensive content, and that should be reported, especially what I saw.
I also tend to think that the op is referring to content, not the game mode because the op used the word rude. I cannot see what would be rude from the game mode. I can definitely see what can be rude about created content.
There should be a way to report content imo.
You can report the player hosting it the same way you can report any player in multiplayer I would think. Report them for communication and add why. No it doesn’t do anything immediately but it’s still a report. Also there is a disclaimer that online content isn’t rated so at the end of the day it’s really player beware and you may hear and see things that offend you.

No I’m talking about really really inappropriate things. Like map icons. The game modes are fine as people can choose whether to play them or not. Oh and it wouldn’t cripple the community.

No I mean something that was actually pretty inappropriate. Its custom games. If people start spawn killing or being jerks there is a quit button for it.

Thanks! This is what I was looking for.

Ah, see you failed to specify that in your original post, it’s not game modes you’re trying to report, it’s maps. That I can somewhat understand. But let me ask you a question: What if someone wants to make let’s say a World War II base map, with the American flag on one side and the other -bad word/people- emblem on the other, would you report it just because it has the emblem of the world’s worst war criminals despite it just trying to set the tone? See the problem here is that even if you CAN report maps/custom modes, you can’t really have them removed as they are on the creator’s profile/cloud. Now if you are talking about the inappropriate imagery people use for the maps in customs, 343 should’ve forseen that along with many other things when they released Halo 5 Forge on PC.
