Is there any way I can report a message someone sent me? I asked a guy if he would 1v1 a friend of mine as kindly worded as I could, and in return got two extremely rude replies containing slurs purposefully misspelled so they wouldn’t get redacted. I’m wondering if there’s any way I can report it or have some moderator take a look, because the way this guy replied to a polite message, I can’t even imagine how he must be messaging other people.
I only see of a Block option but i guess you could personally talk with a Monitor about it.

I suggest going to a Monitor his Name is CoverMyMeds just look him up Halo Waypoint and massage him about this problem you have and maybe he can fix it. So sorry that some people are rude to other people this is not the kind of the Halo Community i like to see I hope this helps you. 
There isn’t a report option for PM’s, however just talk to a mod such as Comedyshermit or Chimera30. A list of mods can be found here.
Best thing to do is send them on to a moderator, as noted above. Can use something like imgur to host a few screenshots

For future reference -
Best course of action is to block people sending you abusive messages. If they’re sending it over Xbox Live, report the messages to Enforcement and block them there.
