REPLY: We Are Not a "Vocal Minority"

removed.

Not quite understand are you saying because many of us are not MLG that Halo Waypoint users aren’t Competitive even though the majority of this forum has done nothing but complain for months about a ranking system?

Now, it has officially be stated as much in the latest Bulletin by three time competitive national champion, Walshy!

And as I’ve said.

You’d say that the future of Halo is Action Sack if it had been present at day one and Halo 4 experienced a 400 000 peak player drop down to 1 000 with Action Sack being the most played playlist.

If overall population is not important, as seeing the peak population drop and latest Major Nelson blog showing Halo 4 droping yet another spot, then Playlist Population isn’t important either. You’re contradicting your own argument.

Furthermore, I don’t see how Walshy has gotten ahold of the “player statistics and data” and can make a “factual” statement.

The “silent majority” left because they didn’t like Halo 4.

But please, go ahead and enjoy a game that’s declining in population and effectivley impacting on your own experience. Don’t argue that you like how it is now, with enough population you’d experience less lag and more even matches. Unless of course you prefer black screens and stomping on lesser players day in and day out.

The “silent majority” and the “vocal minority” can be grouped in the same group, as it stands now, the silent majority left the game and doesn’t come back to any great number because they don’t like it enough, but they don’t bother to talk about it, and the vocal minority on these forums aren’t pleased with the game either and are voicing their opinions on the state of the game.

Oh, the silent majority vastly outnumbers the small group that is still playing.
