On the next balance update, could we please, please, pleeeease get the ability to watch replays. I’m sure someone has brought this up before, so bump if necessary. This would help new players, and existing players.

It isn’t either of those. Reason it isn’t implemented is there aren’t currently enough resources dedicated to HW2 to bring it about.
