So basically, when i got my xbox (https://www.amazon.com/Xbox-One-Ultimate-Halo-Bundle-500GB/dp/B07784CKPV/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1534115989&sr=8-1&keywords=xbox+one+s+halo+bundle) i redeemed halo the master chief collection and now it is gone somehow. I have the support chat id from microsoft and the code as proof. this is intended for 343 support so i can get a replacement copy.

If you redeemed the code on your account, the game should show up under “Ready to Install.”

it did and i had it, but the it dissapered, somehow

Try looking it up in the Microsoft store. When these things happen to me it will still let me install it for free.

Tried that but it isn’t there and it isn’t in my purchase history where games usually appear.

Just to clarify i am not trying to scam anyone i just really want my game back
