I have a question how do you render your films in halo reach i dont see an option on this site or in the game.
There is no way to render films put in your File Share, like you could on Bungie. There are no plans to implement this feature at some point, as well.

This, but the feature will most likely be included in Halo 4. 
I would imagine if there is a spot on the file share for rendered films it would let you…but that could just be for later

No, that’s for films that were rendered before the transition from Bungie.
