Removing Southeast Asia as a fallback server

Postums said in a post that they removed SEA as a fallback server due to the low population of players in that region. Granted, it may be low but there were DEFINITELY still SEA players playing Halo everyday, I myself was one of them. Even though we might have the same 8 people in multiple consecutive matches once in a while, it was still fun. Sometimes we had to wait a few extra minutes to find a game during non-peak hours but it was never a huge complain from any of us.

However, a genius at 343 decided that they should just completely REMOVE SEA as a fallback server and dump us all into Europe, a region about 11,000 km (or 7000 miles rounded up for imperial jokers) apart physically. Because of that, us SEA players and occasional Australian players get lumped right into EU servers with pings between 200 - 500 ms. The ODST hitreg fix was suppose to make multiplayer better, but now, us SEA players die even we are behind a wall.

Good job screwing over the last few loyal players in SEA. You could have easily removed SEA as a fallback server WHEN REGION SERVER SELECTION WAS IMPLEMENTED. But whoever decided to jump the gum and decided it was in the “best interest” for SEA players to remove it, well just good job. I hope that guy gets employee of the year.

I’m done. No wonder this game is dying, they don’t care as much for all, only the majority which are EU/US players. Continue just adding skins and not focus on gameplay.
