It’s just weighted heavily because it’s new. Grin and bear it lol.
i first thought this the first few times i played it, but then learned the good areas of the map to be in and which to avoid, like bottom mid is a terrible place to be, it grows on you

This, basically there is some simple logic behind the scenes that chooses what map u play on. And it’s bad. I hate getting regret 3 times in a row, or regret, truth, regret , truth, regret - makes me wanna quit
I’m still not sure if I like the map but I can say I don’t like how useless the pit area in front of each base is. There is nowhere to go from the pits except back to the base or into the nests, unless you get lucky and catch the giant pistons going up.
Your feedback needs to be more specific. And they still have overgrowth and riptide in team based game types and those are too of the worst maps ever made so it’s unlikely torque will go away anytime soon. Better feedback would be:
Torque plays assault well
Torque does not handle strongholds well because of the locations of the 3 strongholds.
Riptide should only be kept in FFA
Remove riptide from all other modes
Overgrowth should be removed like Orion and never return.
Still better then everyone voting the exact same map over & over again.
While I don’t enjoy torque all that much in a game lacking maps like H5 removing any more maps would be a bad idea

Exactly… I do get more of a variety of map play now than when there was voting.

I used to think that was true, until Halo 5 where I never play my favorite map (Truth), but I get Rig and Pegasus shoved down my throat every other game I play. It’s like the algorithm knows which maps you hate the most and makes you play them the most. I now rather have a voting system or a way to pay money so I never play Rig again.
But… I like torque…
I personally don’t really like Torque but the map is a tribute. You have to respect that.
