It’s cancer, all the enemy has to do is throw it and run and it takes your shields out instantly then turns around with an AR and kills you… You jump over it… nope… you’re dead, you boost away… nope… you’re dead

Based on what you wrote, I could say the same about literally every grenade in Halo history. Except for Halo 2. Because there was no AR.
