Absolutely agree. One of the staff/mods made a poll on here a year or two ago and the vast majority voted that Sprint and Flinch should NOT be in future Halo games.

Sprint i can tolerate.
Flinch i cant, particularly since 343 explicitly stated in November that it would not be in the game, and yet here we are. Flinch is fundamentally against what Halo is and should be.
What in the -Yoink- is flinch?
Josh said it won’t be in the final game on twitter.

I can kinda get along with sprint, but I’d much refer it not be there at all, but instead have a slightly faster movement speed. I find myself not using sprint at all because I instinctively just don’t use it in Halo. I feel I’m at a disadvantage because of it sometimes.
But to the point, yeah Flinch has no place in Halo.
Yes get rid of flinch.
Flinch should go
They aren’t going to get rid of it, they cater to casuls. nobody wanted it in Halo 4, but it’s still in it. And it going to be in Halo 5. Cause it allows for newer players to have a chance to kill more experienced players, thats why the AR/SMG is so beast.
Randomness has no place in a competitive FPS game.
