Remove Broken killcam and awful killcam music

Please remove the killcam, every time i die i see a split second of my spartan flying about and its totally pointless.

The killcam music is also infuriating and needs to go. Getting killed is obviously annoying and anything you try to associate with getting killed is also going to annoy people. Playing the same little tune every single time you die is just basically just asking people to throw their controllers about. You may as well have someone shout ‘YOU SUCK’ every time you die.

Other than that, im loving the beta so far, the movement, scope and controls all feel great to me. Looking forward to what the next few weeks will bring.

Some kind of new respawn animation would be cool, I really don’t see the point in kill cams, nobody uses them anyway.
