Sounds to me like an unnecessary death and a waste of a req. If it was ever in the game, I would just sell it.
I would see this infuriating a lot of people. Though good for taking out bosses in firefight.

I’d rather lave to option to just ditch the vehicle when it’s burning and just blow it up using a grenade or something. Oh wait, that’s a thing already.

Yeah, so 7 lvls just for a banshee that blows up? It’s 6 for a base banshee that I can get at least 10 kills with, easy, compared to a 7 for something that just goes boom. You might as well toss grenades at them.
