Ok, so this prologue for Halo 4’s Terminals just dropped, and an Elite shipmaster by the name of Jul 'Mdama is the focus of the video. Who is this guy? The name sounds so familiar, but I can’t figure out from where. Any help on this would be great!
He is someone who hates the humans and believes they should be exterminated. He thinks its a matter of time before the humans rise above the Elites and destroy them.
He doesn’t agree with how the Arbiter is running things on Sanghelios and thus joins to overthrow him with Telcam and his forces.
I’ve yet to finish The Thursday War, so I can not tell you more after that. That is about the jist of him though.
