I just recently got recommended an old video detailing an update from 10 years ago having to do with the old 360 app. I had almost forgotten that the app even existed. This also made me ask the question of would it be a possibility to make a new waypoint app for the consoles? To my understanding, the normal Halo Channel app appears to have been sun-set. Someone can correct me if I misunderstood that as I haven’t had to use the Halo channel in years. Wasn’t even functional on mobile. Would there be potential for a new app?
Of course the consoles do have Edge but how many truly use it and how often?

I think it would be cool if they added a console version that could even be like the mobile app where it just full on replaces the Halo channel app. I’m not sure how much they’d be able to put on it compared to the official website but I think it would be a cool idea down the line.

I remember it, my brothers and I would always go on there and compete with each other (even though we were really bad at Halo).
It was awesome.
Unfortunately several of the codes to enter there for unlocks have stopped working, but a bunch still work today!
I really liked the overall service record there too, and how you could “level up” for getting achievements in the different Halo games and based on different types of achievements too.
