I took a decade break from gaming, but was watching TV and saw a commercial for Halo: Reach…the one with Kat running the bomb when she goes down after getting hit. Wow, It just pulled at my heart, had to join the fight…I got the Reach console and to this day some of my greatest memories are from playing this game and the community. The Reach community was great!

I miss the pre Halo 4 days on Reach. Back when everyone was hiding in the Sword Base tunnel, Reach custom games was a blast from Fat kid to Cat n mouse. I spent countless hours on forge. I even body acted for a machinima. This was my childhood, and I had a blast

Reach is still very much alive, hop on and play sometime!
Reach was the first Halo i played on Release Day, it was amazing we used to play spilt screen and I would wake up at 6am when I was 11 to play Reach on the weekends. It is still a fun game I just wish the population was larger so more playlists were more active, also a DLC playlist would have not killed 343.

Wow…it is really cool to hear stories of fans growing up with Halo…while others of us are growing older. My oldest son, 10 at the time, was much better than me in PvP, so I drove the hog while he gunned…we would just wreck hemorrhage…great map! I won many games with him on my team…lost many without him.

Yep…more COD though since H5, but my youngest plays MCC and H5. You know a game has been around when it becomes generational…hopefully it has a long way to go.

Yeah a few years back i was playing firefight in reach and this guy was talking to a 8 year old and I said “are you playing with your little brother?” and he said “No it’s my son” I laughed a little it was probably 2013-2014 when that happened I have been playing reach since release so all my funny and amazing memories just blur into one
One of the first games I ever bought for my Xbox 360 was Reach. I remember my friend telling me how cool Halo was and he was so right. The second I started the campaign I was already hooked. When I played matchmaking I knew that Halo would always be my favorite franchise no matter what. But what I know the most is that Reach will always be my favorite Halo. I’ll always remember Reach.
