Well the hint shows images which look similar to those two maps.
Did 343i release an official announcement? No? Then it’s not confirmed. I hope it’s nothing from Halo 3. Halo 2 had far better maps and most of them are only available on Vista with the exception of a few remakes. Terminal would probably be the best choice for a remake.

The hint was nothing but words. Frank O’Connor, who gave the hint, said himself that it’s not as straight forward as it seems. Hence, just looking up the hint in Google isn’t going to give you the answer immediately. As far as we know, it could have a small relation to those images, the location of those ruins, the restaurant, the restaurants location, something on the menu, something nearby the restaurant or something completely different. For example, the Carta De Oaxaca restaurant is near docks, it could be Longshore, there are ruins in the images, it could be Relic.

Frankie said that the hint had nothing to do with Mexico. Those pyramids are in Mexico.
For every 10 things Halo 4 Follower says 4 things are just false at least 3 things are pronounced incorrectly and the other 3 things are just speculation. I can’t believe people still use him for information. I don’t even “follow” Halo 4 that heavily and I can tell you everything that he has no idea about. He is a very unreliable source for everything Halo 4. He had me at… Wreck You Umm
He pronounces Requiem like> Wreck-You-Umm -_-
Can I just add that 343 has said sometime in the past that no remakes will be taken from the 360 era of Halo.
Although I believe its sandtrap or sandbox or sandwich yumyum

That was in regards to the “Anniversary” Remakes. So it only applied to CE Anniversary/ Reach.
As was stated, this guy’s take is no more educated or factual than any other guess on here. It’s all speculation, he just followed that particular path to reach that conclusion. Many paths and trains of thought can point to other maps as well. It’s all in how you perceive the clues. So nobody should take his guess with any more legitimacy than the rest.

Terrible source. Frank already said that the map has nothing to do with mexico and those ruins are clearly there. 343 like bungie likes to be clever. Do you honestly think that they would make it so simple that one search to google would give you the answer? Honestly.
On the one hand, Halo4Follower is doing a good thing because it’s all publicity.
On the other hand, Halo4Follower is like a stopped 24-hr clock, he’s right once a day.

The two hints we have from Frankie’s hint is it’s either a Sandtrap style map (hence the images that guy showed in his video), or it’s a Zanzibar/Last Resort remake (Apparently in the Carta de Oaxaca restaurant in Seattle, there’s a fan very similar to the Zanzibar fan in the back, no proof of this exactly, though)
I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t mind Sandtrap, but I’d love to get some good games going on Zanzibar again. I know I can go play Halo 3 for that, but it’s difficult to find matches the even put up Last Resort as a voting option, and even tougher to get it voted in.

Given the clue what Frankie gave and what results came up on Google Maps/Earth, I reckon it is Sandtrap. Why? The new style Elephant things, they’d fit perfectly! Oh the fun I’ve had on that map…
