A couple of months ago I purchased the warzone req pack, I had not purchased it previously, and was getting two packs once a week if i logged on for those weeks. I had received about 4 to 6 packs (2 or 3 weeks) before real life got in the way and I wasn’t able to jump on for a month or two. Once I resumed I got a week or two more worth of packs. However, since the last update I have failed to receive any of the remaining packs for the last two weeks for which I have logged on and played games. Is there a way to get this fixed? It is disappointing to pay for a product and not receive all of what I paid for.
