What weapon, if it is the needler it has a shake reload if not empty.
That said, this is a technical beta, make sure to make a bug report on the support site.
yeah ive had issues with reloads as well and sometimes the AR would stop shooting in between gunplay ive noticed it happen with reloads more often if the mag isnt full and i grab more ammo off the walls.

Actually the reload animation on the needler is really short if you are not out of ammo, like you just jiggle the gun and it puts more in.
