Based on what I’ve seen on YouTube, I’m flabbergasted that Forge is not in some kind of public beta.
How is 343 not leading with this? Co-op campaign needs to be put on hold.
Forge will increase the life of Halo Infinite which is currently on life support. I don’t understand this.
It sucks that they are just leaving it hanging there for some people.
Just open it up and be done with it.
Man you guys demanding stuff be released now and then come back and complain the most that it wasnt ready yet, are part of why the game as a whole is where it is right now.
Im excited for it too but want it be ready to go once it comes out.
It’s a two way thing. However, 343 oughtta just come out and say we have Forge pretty much ready and we’ll have flights next month. Drop a trailer even, have the leakers and other people do some of the more intricate work of showing nuances in forge that the vast majority may not care about.
Its gonna be a buggy mess by the time they do finally release it and you want it even earlier with more bugs?
I was thinking this at first but look at the state of stuff even with extra time. We could give 343 a decade and they’d still release broken unfinished product. Screw it let the creatives have their fun and they can fix anything along the way. It’s what’s gonna happen anyways

That is a huge mistake to even trust anything from “YouTube” especially when YouTube is all about selling hype. The #1 fault in gaming when it comes to player buying games, buying off of hype instead of actually seeing the product. With all due respect, I would say trust 343, but that is impossible for me at this point seeing how much they literally have lied about infinite for the last 7 years. That trust needs to be earned, no exceptions.
Then you have to consider how many issues infinite has at this point that the game is struggling with just load time, and there isn’t even that much content in this game vs other Halo titles. There is also the issues with custom games.
So, is it really wise to want something that the game isn’t really ready for at the moment because of hype?
I would never do some networky hacky stuff to get early access to Forge on the Co-Op flight, but if I did, I would say that it needs just a bit more time in the oven. Maps still use developer placed tags that can’t be moved or deleted. Texture and color editing is bugged and not consistent. Controls also have a chance of bugging out too. Multiple times I hit a bug that disabled movement using a controller and another glitch that locks up the M&KB Object movement, rotation and scaling.
After these issues are fixed they should start flighting it though, including the forge canvas because Behemoth isn’t cutting it for me.
My guy the release happened almost a year ago stop using that as a point to complain about the community when they want access to the forge beta now
Like a majority of players would understand that there’s bugs as its not finished but from what we’re seeing they should open it up now so they could get more feedback before they continue to lose players and get a fraction of the possible feedback
Like its obvious that they are using the forge beta to hold players over at the very end of season 2 now as from the things we hear and see about the leak its stable enough to be beta tested ahead of schedule and the playerbase continues to shrink
Like note how every other leak that gets mentioned gets shut down on here but the forge ones don’t
