Where can I find (verified) information about the time the game is released. I already preloaded it but it can’t be started (until the 17th). But when is that exactly? 17th in my time zone?

it says 17th feb 1 am and we passt this but cant play
here’s what it says for me I am in the mountain time zone in AMERICA.
