I’d doubt it just because COD will probably release the 6th or 13th and it may hurt their sales to release it so close to COD. I would think it would be a couple weeks earlier than NOV 6th tbh.

I highly doubt that there will be a new CoD this year. You would think they would have announced it by now, and they haven’t, not even a hint. I think a new engine is finally being made for CoD.
And please don’t say Black Ops 2. Anyone that says this has either (1. never played or beaten the campaign on Black Ops or (2. has beaten it and is stupid. There is no way to make a BO2 based off the ending of BO1. It wouldn’t make any sense.
On topic, that’s too far away, but it’s nice to know if it is the official release date.

Black ops 2 has already been confirmed as far as I know, and I’m pretty sure every Halo has been released around September and not closer to Thanksgiving.

It’s being dubbed ‘Black Ops 2’. What its true name will be is unconfirmed. It could very well be ‘Black Ops 2’.
OT: We will have to wait and see. It would be nice to know when it’s coming out, not ‘Holiday’.
A new campaign for Black Ops 2 could just have a different protagonist and a different story set in the same era. And Halo 1/2 came out in November, while 3/ODST/Reach came out in September so the recent trend would suggest September, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it came out in October or November.
I agree because this is 343i now. A lot of things might be expected to be different and not just some game aspects. 343i has no reason to feel the need of keeping with September trend. Yea, and I have not actually heard of the COD release that was mentioned.

I didn’t think they could make a sequel after COD4 but they did. That that’s the call of duty pattern, they announce it at e3 then release the game later that year.
Unless something changes, which I doubt will happen. Halo 4 will be released on November 6th! OO-RAH!!!
About other Top games coming out that same day…True Halo fans, who have it pre-ordered, will Not cancel it!
