Halo 4s release date needs to be changed if 343 wants it to succeed.
It will be looked over by everyone who isn’t a hardcore halo fan.Or is a cod hater.
Any way it would make sense to move it to late september or mid december.
That gives it time to build a reputation as a good game/give cod 9 time to earn a reputation as a bad game.

i’m not waiting one more second later then the release date to get this friggen game. i have waited almost 6 F!@#$#@ years for this and will wait no longer. now good day.
Well Black Ops 2 will surely be a repeat so I know most people will skip out on that this year and get Halo 4 or Medal of Honor - mostly Halo 4.
They’ll succeed no matter when it’s released, being on top of the charts doesn’t give anything but bragging rights really, all I care about is which game is better. Since it’s a Black Ops sequel (on top of that, a Treyarch release), the better game is definitely going to be Halo. For me at least.

Well mid september/mid december gives it a good two months away from cods release date.
Which i think is enough time for halo 4 to become some sort of video game legend.
Or give people time to realize that black ops 2 is mw3 with new textures and a slightly diffrent russia vs the world story mode.

All there doing at this point is working out bugs and polishing everthing.
Sooooo it should be ready by mid september.

Mmm, not quite. Pretty sure it’s got a ways to go before going Gold. I think November’s just about right to be honest.

How do you not understand.
Halo=Fading out series.CoD=More popular series.
Releasing halo 4 seven days before cod is a bad move.
Why? because 65% of first person shooter fans will be buying cod day one.
Out of that 65% 30% of them are kids whose parents buy them the game.
So most kids who get cod won’t be getting halo.
And most adults who pay for there own games probably won’t be spending 120 to get both.
