rejoining matches

If its possible Id like to see a rejoin match option in Halo Reach, or Halo 4 if its not possible to add this to Reach. Sometimes players like me will lag for a second or two and be dropped from a game (everyone else quits, I win the game but its seen as a quit by the stat tracker). A rejoin option would be greatly appreciated. It would also stop the quit ban from targetting innocent players.

Thoughts?

I think its a bad idea because people will quit if u try to kill them and rejoin the match.
That problem was for me on Resistance: Fall of man for the PS3.
The enemy was in front of me, I will kill him and the enemy quit the game.
After that, he rejoined the game and it was the same again. I will kill him and he quit the game again. Quit,-rejoin,-quit,-rejoin- period…
