How come i can only rank up to level 70. I never got the codes i played before the 20th and never got em.
Make sure you are checking the right email, check spam, etc.
well you have to wait for the code or else you can’t go past 70. check ebay i know a lot of people are selling codes on there for 3-25 dollars good luck

Because both Microsoft and 343I are incompetent and are only interested in the money and not on the game.
You should have been sent the code to your email and if not you should have received it in your XBL message center.
Make sure you are in the correct country etc, of correct age etc. Basically they don’t care and if they screwed you out of it, you aren’t getting one until they are made free or paid DLC>.
