Hi. When I want to change my registration number on the game, I can not move, I’m stuck default on the letter Y and I can not move. Is this normal?
Is this like your in-game tag? The 4 digit number/letter.
My tag is S017 and I want to change but I can not.

I will jump online and test out if my tag will change. In the mean time I suggest a hard reset and try again, let me know how that goes.
Ok mate I’ve solved it, I just punched in your Tag. I played a game, then went to change it back to my Tag [TAXI] and it wouldn’t let me. So I did a hard reset and it changed straight away when I tried it again. You may not be able to change it consecutively in a short period of time. However the reset will let you change it to whatever you want.

Wicked glad I could help, and for a hard reset you simply have to exit out of a game, press the start button on your controller and then press quit, it will reset your game to opening credits. It’s also a good way to solve Req issues or when something isn’t loading the way it should!
