So i am creating this post in hopes that 343 help us instead of pushing us to the side and ignoring us.
Since 8 am on sunday 27 of march i have made it offical that halo 5 matchmaking is completely broken for us players in new zealand after multiple modem resets and console resets no matches at all i am on a fibre connection of around 200 down 75 up and no luck finding games
I spent the last 3 hours trying to find matches in arena and warzone and nothing no matches at all this region specific match making makes it impossible to play i just hope that 343 could put there finger out to us and say hey whats the issues your having yet there is not a single post that has ever been replied too i had faith in this game and i still do but me and many people i know have had these issues of not being able to find a game i just hope that we can get some respose on this matter instead of being pushed too the side
So please 343 help us out
Said it before - if you’re not in North America, you’re out of luck for any support.
They have your money, and are still laughing themselves silly on the way to the bank. The last post on this forum saying they were ‘looking at it’ was updated 22 December 2015. They just don’t care and are apparently very bad at what they do.
Chalk it up to experience, you’ve lost your money, and there are a lot of great games on the horizon - I’d put your time and money into them instead.
After all - I gave them money for MCC, Custom console, custom MC controller, digital copy of the game (last time I do that too) and the CD soundtrack. I’ve walked away and learned a very expensive lesson along the way.

Some days ago they finally acknowledge the issue.
After weeks of battle we’ve finally got 343i attention on this problem.
