We are currently investigating potential improvements to matchmaking and collecting additional data and gamertags to determine improvements that can made for players in specific regions. Additional Details: Usually Warzone is okay, and almost every other playlist has issues (but I don’t have specific times right now). It’s just that for this particular session we failed to find a Warzone game and it was weird.
I also want to point out that we have searched at many times and have never been successful in finding a Warzone Assault game. When I get home I will be testing this again so that I can supply a proper search time.

Additional Details: Usually takes me about 30 minutes of searching before I get my first game, then the games after that are mostly the same players from the last game.
Gamertag: SAMF15H3R - Region: Australia (NSW) - Date/Time/Timezone: Any time of the day - Playlist(s): Big Team Battle - Any addition details: It is impossible to find BTB games here, no matter what time of the day it is, and it’s been like this since late December 2015. Every single attempt to find a BTB match results in the error ‘Unable to Match: There may not be enough players to support a game in this playlist’. On the other hand, I can manage to find matches in other playlists such as SWAT, Grifball and Team Slayer.

Date/Time/Timezone: It is impossible to find matches in any ranked playlist including social at any given time if you are Onyx or higher. Even searching with a team of 4 it takes so long to find a match, and then finally get matched with another team of 4, then continuously versing them over and over again as ‘they seem to be the only people in the playlist’. This same problem occurs for every single Australia/NZ player that is Onyx or higher. ANZ has a very connected community when it comes to competitive play. Everyone knows everyone & we would like to be able to verse in matchmaking, rather than sit in a lobby that can range from 5 mintues to 5 hours looking for a game.

Finding games in;
Team Arena - Can only find games with a team of 4, ranges from minutes to hours.
Slayer - Can only find games with a team of 4, ranges from minutes to hours.
FFA - Impossibe to find games. I haven’t found a FFA match since the month after Halo 5 released. The ANZ community attempts to make nights of which everyone searches a certain playlist like FFA, but still cannot find games.
SWAT: Personally don’t play it much but it seems to be the easiest playlist to find games in a team of 4.
BTB: Hardly ever find games. Doesn’t matter the lobby size.
Social Playlist: Social finds matches well when its either assault ot CTF etc. Many people play it in the community at high ranks. Although, majority if the time even in social you need a team of 4 or 5 to effectively find games.

The ANZ community is so connected and like I said before the only thing we need is for either you guys to fix higher ranked MM or to open up region lock (with an option!). The longer you keep this going, the more lower the ANZ population is going to get in MM. Thanks for reading.

Cannot find any games in any of the above. Used to be able to in the first two seasons, but ever since thenI have never found a game in these searching solo or in a group (other than when we get 16 people organised to search same time for BTB). Team Arena and Slayer really struggle if you are high Onyx.

Date: 24/3/2016 but mostly all the time, 3-4pm sydney time
Playlists: arena/swat/slayer/griffball/social fiesta - have not been able to play one swat match since the March season
Additional details: I believe I cannot find games due to my high MMR. I played with school friends so I can actually find games and this results in high kds for myself thus raising my MMR. Also want to add that I am usually ranked onyx but am diamond 4 this season and still cannot find matches in team arena.
Gamertag: EBLspartan - Region: Italy, Europe - Date/Time/Timezone: off peak hours in work days (morning, afternoon, night). Sometimes even peak hours and weekends. - Playlist(s): every Arena playlist + WZA - Any addition details: nearly total inability to find a match in arena on given times (see upper). Only “Unable to match” messages. Very long times for WZ. All this since early February. I qualified as onyx or high diamond in almost all playlists until January, after that in only focused on Team slayer and BTB with equal results. Searching with foreign players makes me able to find games in seconds at any time.
Gamertag: Steakt - Region: Australia - Date/Time/Timezone: Any - Playlist(s): Any (Particularly Team Arena and Slayer) - Any additional details: Unable to find games when searching alone or with other AU players. Must search with US friends to find matches.
