They stated all PREORDER exclusive will be available long after release. We don’t know about LE and LE Console.

Barring armor in the armory is a crime. It’s one thing to limit an effect like Flames, but actual armor?

So no, no we will not. And the complaints aren’t really about not getting the helmets, it’s about the shifty marketing tactics being used, weither by 343 or Microsoft.
