Regarding the Premium Req Bundle

Ive purchased the Xbox one Halo 5 Console, the Collectors Edition & various other things relating to Halo 5. One of the items (Premium Req Bundle) I pre ordered not knowing it does not work along my other bundles. I would like a refund please or atleast 25$ worth of Reqs. I paid 25$ for Reqs and I’m unable to redeem them, then I cant return it to Gamestop because its DLC.

Please Help!

Digital Deluxe owner here, Warzone Req pack doesn’t work, I didn’t get any packs…
