Regarding the offer for ODST

I didn’t play the collection during the offer period but I had bought it during the promotion period, I just hadn’t had time to play it thanks to things happening in life at the time. I asked Microsoft support about this but they sent me here. I have no idea if this is the right section or the wrong. Would be glad if people could point me to something or help me out in some way.

The right thing for them to do would be to extend their offer period, considering that the game has yet to be fixed and they’re still selling it.
