Regarding the new ST samples.

Yes, yes and yes. Dear God yes.
Neil is doing an awesome job on the soundtrack, in my own opinion. Honestly, this guy is easily as good, if not better than O’donnell. <3

**EDIT:**I’m not saying I disliked Marty in any way, he’s the one and only halo soundmaster. But, I just don’t think Halo 4 would sound right with the old style of music. I’m very happy with Neil and his work, it has a much newer, crisp feel to it. <3

all i have to say is REVIVAL

I wouldn’t say better but probably equal to the legendary Marty.

Yeah I wouldn’t say better (yet), but certainly a worthy successor and he’s doing a great job.

I would wait until October 22. when the soundtrack comes out and we can get the full experience before deciding who is better or if they are equal.

I agree completely

They are so epic, the remixes are awesome too

> It isn’t his music, it’s a remixed version of a song that hasn’t been released yet

Nope, the soundtrack samples that Davidge posted on Soundcloud ARE all music that will appear in the game.

> They are so epic, the remixes are awesome too

What? Everything that doesn’t say remix is Neil’s work that is coming in Halo 4.

There are multiple remixes, but many original tracks too.

The Galaxy and Revival are my favorites out of the samples.

I would say nowhere near as good as Marty…
This is like comparing the 1990 Batman movies to Nolan’s…
